• Test system components accord with specification
• Set up test scripts, run and match results with expectations

(tools we use: Visual Studio, Sql-server, Access, Pdf, deVExpress, Html & Jscript)

Installation, training & handover
 

• Install software into client computer environment
• Configure for speed and compatibility with other software
• Issue `as programmed` specification
• Produce user/administrator manuals and on-line help text including advice and diagnosis of possible problems
• Train users
